At home spa
Removing an old airbrush tan doesn’t have to be a chore. With a bit of imagination and the right products, clients can transform a simple act of grooming into something fun and relaxing by making their exfoliation session into a mini-home spa day/evening.
Pick a time
The first step to creating a home spa experience is setting aside at least an hour to an hour-and-a-half of uninterrupted time, perhaps after work or on the weekend.
Set the mood
Wearing their favorite robe or loose clothing, clients can put on soft, relaxing music of their choice and perhaps lighting a few scented candles in the bathroom and bedroom: lavender and sandalwood are especially soothing aromas. They may also wish to draw shades and/or curtains to create a more calming environment.
Soak and scrub
If clients have a tub, they can give themselves an extended soak using either bubble bath or bath salts. Afterwards, they can rub themselves down with our Sea Salt Scrub to remove their tan.
If they only have a shower, they can still give themselves a relaxing 15-20 minute foot soak first and then work on exfoliating their feet. They can shower using their favorite gel or soap and then use our Mini-Shower Exfoliator, which contains loofah particles and a mild surfactant, to eliminate traces of old color.
Rejuvenate with moisturizer
